1.Attach the adapter
QuickRivet Max connects to your electric or cordless drill just like a standard drill bit.
2.Choose the right nozzle
Select the appropriate nozzle based on your rivet size (2.4 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, or 4.8 mm). Swapping nozzles takes just seconds using the included tool.
3. Insert the rivet
Place the rivet into the front of the adapter and align it with the pre-drilled hole in your material.
4. Pull the trigger
As you press the drill trigger, the internal jaws grip the rivet stem, pull it inward, and set the rivet. The stem breaks off automatically at the right moment.
5. Eject the stem
Briefly reverse the drill to eject the broken stem from the tool and you’re ready for the next one.
6. Repeat effortlessly
The process is fast, simple, and highly efficient with no physical strain, no jamming, just smooth, consistent riveting.

- Will this work with any drill?
Yes! QuickRivet Max is compatible with most electric and cordless drills that have a standard chuck (18V or higher is recommended for optimal performance). - Is it difficult to use if I’ve never riveted before?
Not at all. It’s designed to be intuitive even first-time users can rivet confidently in just a few minutes. - Can I use stainless steel rivets?
We recommend using aluminum or standard blind rivets. Stainless steel rivets require significantly more force and may reduce tool life. - What if a rivet stem gets stuck?
Simply remove the nozzle using the included wrench and gently tap out the stem. It’s quick, easy, and part of normal use. - Can I use the adapter with smaller drills (like 12V)?
Technically yes, but we recommend using a more powerful drill (18V or higher) for better performance and to avoid overloading the tool. - How quickly can I switch to a different nozzle size?
Swapping nozzles takes less than 30 seconds. Just loosen the ring with the included wrench, change the nozzle, and you’re ready for the next rivet size.

1. Rivets are not included with this product. You’ll need to use your own compatible blind rivets (2.4 mm – 4.8 mm recommended).
2. This tool is not designed for stainless steel rivets. Using them may cause damage to the internal mechanism.
3. For best results, we recommend using a drill with at least 18V power and a variable-speed trigger.
4. Always wear eye protection during use. The rivet stem is automatically ejected at the end of each cycle.
5. Make sure to reverse the drill briefly after each rivet to release the broken stem and reset the jaws for the next use.
