*Note: Please understand that these delivery times are only approximate. Some orders might arrive faster or slower depending on the recipient's location and the fulfillment center utilized.
None of our deliveries are subject to any import fees, no matter your country.
Processing Times
We want you to get your items as soon as possible! Orders take approximately 1-2 business days to process after being placed, before they are shipped.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items have been dispatched, you should receive an automatic email notification with a tracking number. If you need more detailed information, please send us an email at info@tooltrixco.com, and we'll help you out!
Delivery
Depending on your location, most orders are delivered by your local postal service, so the package will arrive with your usual mail. If you're not home when a delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a card to inform you how and where to collect your parcel.
Unexpected Delays
In some cases, delivery might take longer than the standard shipping times mentioned above. Most of these delays are due to international customs processing, which is beyond our control. Please contact us if your package is significantly delayed, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to reasons such as incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, or if the customer refuses to accept the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. This expense includes shipping costs and any other fees the package may incur; these costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded for the order.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note that we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being successfully delivered. For this reason, we highly recommend having items delivered to a secure location. If you have not received your item but the tracking states it was delivered, please contact us at info@tooltrixco.com, and we will do our best to investigate the issue.
